Job seekers may create profiles, upload CVs, apply for positions, and enroll in courses. You represent that all information provided is accurate and not misleading. Siraj does not guarantee job placement or course completion outcomes. You may not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent activity.
Companies may post job vacancies, search for candidates, and use AI-powered matching tools. Companies agree to provide accurate job descriptions and not to discriminate against applicants in violation of Saudi labor laws. Companies are responsible for their recruitment processes and decisions.
Training centers may list courses, manage enrollments, and issue certificates through the platform. Centers warrant that their courses meet applicable educational standards and that certifications are accurate. Siraj may verify course content and credentials periodically.
Siraj uses artificial intelligence to power matching algorithms, course recommendations, and skill assessments. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions are for reference purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for important decisions. We continuously improve our models based on user feedback and data.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Siraj platform are owned by or licensed to Siraj. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent. User-generated content remains the property of its creator, with a license granted to Siraj for platform operation.
Siraj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for platform services, if any.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
