1. Our Content

All content created and owned by Siraj — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, user interface designs, and the overall platform layout — is the intellectual property of Siraj or its licensors. This content is protected under Saudi copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Siraj-owned content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform, including CVs, profile information, messages, reviews, and forum posts. By submitting content, you grant Siraj a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You represent that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Course Materials & Instructor Content

Course materials uploaded by training centers and instructors remain the intellectual property of the respective content creators. Siraj does not claim ownership of course curricula, lecture materials, assessments, or certifications. Training centers warrant that they have the necessary rights to upload and distribute course content through the platform. Any unauthorized use of course materials by platform users is prohibited.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or erroneous copyright notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Siraj may reinstate the material in accordance with applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Siraj reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than two valid infringement notices. We maintain a policy of promptly removing material that is the subject of a valid infringement notice and may suspend or terminate access for users who disregard copyright laws.
