Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply when you use the Siraj platform. It is designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users, including job seekers, employers, training centers, and visitors. By using Siraj, you agree to comply with this policy in full.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Siraj platform to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud or misrepresentation: submitting false information, impersonating another person or entity, or creating deceptive job listings or profiles
• Spam: sending unsolicited messages, posting repetitive content, or using automated tools to harvest user data
• Harassment: threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users via messages, reviews, or any platform feature
• Fake profiles: creating multiple accounts, using stolen identities, or maintaining inactive or misleading profiles
• Unauthorized access: attempting to access another user's account, breach security measures, or interfere with platform operations
• Illegal activity: using the platform for any purpose that violates Saudi Arabian law or applicable international law

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit to Siraj — including job listings, course descriptions, profile information, messages, and reviews — must:

• Be accurate, truthful, and up to date
• Not contain discriminatory, offensive, or hateful language
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Not include personal contact information of third parties without consent

4. Platform Integrity

Users must not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Siraj platform. This includes manipulating search results, artificially inflating application counts, gaming the AI matching system, or exploiting platform features for unintended purposes. Siraj reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately. Reports can be submitted via the in-app reporting feature, or by emailing abuse@siraj.sa. Include as much detail as possible, including screenshots and relevant timestamps. All reports are treated confidentially.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violation of this policy may result in any of the following actions, at Siraj's sole discretion:

• Issuance of a warning
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Removal of content or listings
• Forfeiture of fees or credits associated with the account
• Referral to relevant Saudi authorities for legal action
