1. Our Commitment

Siraj is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the user experience for everyone and believe that employment and learning opportunities should be accessible without barriers. Our goal is to make the Siraj platform usable by the widest possible audience.

2. Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, and cognitive limitations.

3. Accessibility Features

Our platform includes the following accessibility features:

  • Full keyboard navigation across all interactive elements
  • Screen reader compatibility with semantic HTML landmarks and ARIA labels
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Scalable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • Alternative text on meaningful images and icons

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may present challenges. Known limitations include:

  • Some legacy course content uploaded by training centers may not be fully accessible
  • Third-party embedded tools (such as video players) may have varying levels of accessibility
  • Complex data visualizations may require alternative text descriptions

5. Third-Party Content

Some content on Siraj — including courses, job postings, and embedded media — is provided by third parties. While we encourage all partners to follow accessibility best practices, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter inaccessible third-party content, please let us know so we can work with the provider to address the issue.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Siraj platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
