E-Learning Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Course Enrollment

By enrolling in a course on Siraj, you agree to these E-Learning Terms & Conditions. Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment or access grant. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any stated prerequisites. Siraj reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at its discretion, with full refunds issued in such cases.

2. Access & Licensing

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal or professional development purposes. Access duration varies by course — lifetime access applies unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display course materials without written permission from the content owner.

3. Completion & Certificates

Course completion is determined by the training center or content provider. Siraj issues certificates on behalf of training centers when all requirements are met. Requirements typically include completing all lessons, passing assessments, and meeting minimum score thresholds. Digital certificates are available for download in your account dashboard.

4. Quiz & Assessment Rules

All quizzes and assessments must be completed individually unless group work is explicitly permitted. You may not use unauthorized aids, share answers, or impersonate another learner. Assessments are timed where indicated. Attempt limits are set by the course instructor. Suspected academic dishonesty may result in certificate withholding or account suspension.

5. Proctoring

Some courses may require proctored assessments to verify learner identity and maintain academic integrity. Proctoring may involve identity verification via government-issued ID, webcam monitoring, and screen recording. You will be notified if a course requires proctoring before enrollment. Proctoring data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Saudi PDPL.

6. Instructor Responsibilities

Training centers and instructors listing courses on Siraj agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date course descriptions, prerequisites, and learning outcomes
  • Maintain course content quality and respond to learner questions in a timely manner
  • Issue certificates only to learners who have genuinely met all completion requirements
  • Comply with Saudi educational standards and relevant regulatory requirements

7. Student Conduct

As a learner, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners in discussion forums
  • Complete your own work and submit authentic responses to assessments
  • Refrain from sharing course materials outside the platform without authorization
  • Report any technical issues or content concerns to Siraj support

8. Intellectual Property

Course content is the intellectual property of the training center or instructor that created it. Siraj does not claim ownership of third-party course content. Learners retain ownership of their work submitted for assessments. Siraj's platform and underlying technology are owned by Siraj and protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws.

9. Fees & Payments

Course fees are clearly displayed before enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise indicated. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Late payment or failed payment may result in loss of course access. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Termination

Siraj may suspend or terminate access to e-learning services for violations of these terms, including academic dishonesty, harassment of instructors or peers, or unauthorized distribution of content. Upon termination, access to course materials is revoked and certificates will not be issued. Learners may appeal terminations by contacting support@siraj.sa.
