The Nitaqat program is a Saudization initiative administered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) that classifies private sector companies into colour-coded bands (Platinum, High Green, Green, Yellow, and Red) based on their Saudi national employment percentage. Companies in higher bands receive benefits such as simplified visa processing and access to government programs. Siraj helps companies understand and improve their Nitaqat classification through targeted recruitment services.
