Our goal is to foster a respectful, inclusive, and constructive environment where everyone can grow professionally. These guidelines help keep our community safe and welcoming for all members.
Treat every member of the Siraj community with dignity and respect. Engage in professional and courteous communication at all times. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, name-calling, and demeaning language are never acceptable. Constructive feedback helps us all improve.
Siraj has zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. This includes — but is not limited to — discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, disability, marital status, or national origin in job listings, course content, or user interactions. All platform activity must comply with Saudi labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations.
Post only accurate and genuine information about yourself, your organization, or your courses. Do not use misleading job titles, exaggerate qualifications, or create fake reviews. Authenticity is the foundation of trust in our community. Misrepresentation undermines the platform for everyone.
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information — such as phone numbers, home addresses, or government IDs — of other users without their explicit consent. Report any content that violates privacy. Siraj will never ask for your password or sensitive personal data through unofficial channels.
Do not use Siraj to send unsolicited promotional messages, advertise unrelated services, or repeatedly post the same content. Course and job listings should be relevant and accurately described. Self-promotion outside of designated areas is considered spam and may result in account restrictions.
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or email abuse@siraj.sa. Include relevant details such as the user's profile name, the content in question, and the reason for your report. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
Users who violate these Community Guidelines may receive a warning, have content removed, or face temporary or permanent suspension of their accounts. Repeated or severe violations may result in a ban from the platform. Siraj reserves the right to escalate serious matters to the appropriate authorities in Saudi Arabia.
