Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which purchases made on the Siraj platform — including course enrollments, subscriptions, and service fees — may be refunded or cancelled. This policy applies to all users across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection regulations.

2. Course Refunds

Learners may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided less than 30% of the course content has been accessed. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • No more than 30% of course lessons may have been viewed or completed
  • Downloaded or offline course materials may affect refund eligibility
  • Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole; individual courses within a bundle are not separately refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified

3. Package & Subscription Cancellations

Monthly and annual subscription plans for job seekers, companies, and training centers may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by Saudi consumer law.

  • Monthly subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refund
  • Enterprise plans: subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement

4. Job Posting Fees

All job posting fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published and made visible to job seekers on the platform. Companies are responsible for reviewing job postings before publication. If a posting contains an error, Siraj may, at its discretion, offer a one-time reposting credit rather than a refund.

5. Service Credits

In certain cases where a refund is not applicable, Siraj may issue service credits that can be applied toward future purchases on the platform. Service credits are issued at Siraj's sole discretion and may be subject to expiration. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through one of the following channels:

  • Email: support@siraj.sa with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • In-app: navigate to Settings > Help & Support > Request Refund
  • Include your full name, registered email, order ID, and reason for the request

7. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days and credited to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
